Our Story
StriveMakersGroup was established in 2020, starting out as a small, newly formed organization with big dreams and a clear purpose. Through the passion, resilience, and commitment of our managers and consultants, we have grown into one of the leading organizations within the industry today.

After years in the financial and corporate world, I took a leap to build a platform that empowers individuals to rise beyond limits and reach their full potential. That vision became Strivemakers Group a community driven by ambition, integrity, and transformation.

Open Communication
At our company, open communication is at the heart of our culture. We believe regardless of role, should feel empowered to speak up. Feedback is something we truly value, and when it's not freely given, we go out of our way to gather it.
Group Learning
In addition to group learning, we provide regular one-on-one coaching every month. This creates a more personalized and conducive environment for growth, where FCs can receive direct guidance, disucss challenges, and refine their approach at their own pace.
Support System
At our company, we pride ourselves on having a strong and structured support system to help every team member grow and succeed. One key initiative in strivemakers Academy (SMA), which takes place twice a week.
Joint Field Work
We also offer joing field work for up to three months, allowing newer FCs to gain real-world experience alongside more seasoned team members. This hands-on support ensures they build the confidence needed to engage effectively with clients before stepping out on their own.
